The availability of our products is shown next to individual items, indicating the likely timescale for despatch of each item. In order to estimate the time it will take for you to receive your order, please add this to the delivery time depending on your chosen delivery option.  If products are immediately available in stock, we will always try to ship orders received before 3pm on the same day (before 10am on Saturday). Orders received at the weekend will be processed and posted on Monday.  

As a general rule, Royal Mail First Class deliveries to most of the UK arrive in 1-3 days.  Occasionally, however, some items can be delayed.  At peak times of year (e.g. Xmas), Royal Mail First Class services may be slower than normal.  There is no guaranteed delivery date.

Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery on the following working day by 1pm (a signature is required on delivery).  Items posted on Friday are guaranteed for delivery on Monday (although some are actually delivered on Saturday). Items posted on Saturday (morning only) are guaranteed for delivery on Tuesday (although some are actually delivered on Monday).  If delivery time is crucial, please consider the Special Delivery service or call us on 01449 673663.

  Xmas Exchange Policy

For purchases made between 1st and 24th December 2009 we will extend our normal returns policy (see below), so that unsuitable goods may be exchanged up to 15th January 2010.  Please note that this applies to exchanges only - refunds will still be available up to 14 days after delivery only.  If you need any help finding a suitable product for an exchange, please contact us and we will endeavour to be of assistance.

Returns Policy 

In the event that you are not satisfied with a product, then it may be returned to us unused/unworn and in its original packaging. It is important that the products still have their original tags and packaging as otherwise they are not in a saleable condition and cannot be exchanged or refunded.  Products must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, along with the original paperwork supplied, for a credit or a full refund on the goods.  Postage costs will not be refunded.  Please contact us by email or telephone for advice if you are at all unsure.

Cancellations Policy

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, then you must do so within 7 working days of us receiving the order. Please contact us immediately by phone or email to advise us of your intention to cancel. In the event that your order has already been shipped, then you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Your account will be credited once we have received the returned goods in tact and in a saleable condition. We aim to credit refunds to your account within 5 working days.Please send returns to:
